KYLE, Texas (KXAN) -- The City of Kyle is in its first week of stage three water restrictions, and its assistant city manager said "dozens" of residents and business owners are not following the rules of water conservation. As of now, I’m the only person in my office with a whole head of hair, and I’ve been getting regularly shamed for it…even though I’ve donated a substantial amount of money and time to support her in other ways (I just don’t talk about it because it’s not about me). Why do I feel so bad about this, am I being selfish? Should I just give in and do it? Hoping for good advic...
